A core concept of copadre is multi-agent routing. This is the ability of agents to pass conversations between themselves. When an agent is no longer the best agent to handle a conversation, it can hand it off for the right agent to pick it up — all done silently in the background, with the whole conversation passed on and, from the visitor’s perspective, not a beat dropped.

It’s the job of the concierge agent to make sure that every visitor is speaking with the right agent. If a specialist hands a conversation off, the concierge reviews the whole conversation, prioritises the most recent messages and passes it back to the best available agent.
